-Short Jeffers holed out his very first tee shot of the season; unfortunately, he was hitting off of #1 tee box and the ball found the bottom of #9's cup. He did go on to birdie the hole. Impressive.
-Todd Baker took 7's on #1 and #4 and still came in at 38; that means he shot two under for the other seven holes. Impressive.
-Bric Parker returned to league play after a year of nursing his back, was worn out pretty much after seven holes, and still came in with a net 32. Impressive.
-Mark Jones also came in with a net 32 having parred four holes, including the final three of his round.
-Mark Sherer continued his impressive debut in league play by claiming two of the four hole prizes, #3 and #8.
-Eddie Green, another new comer to league play, and Trenton Kidwell claimed the other two hole prizes at #9 and #7.
-Doug Denson's 37 was the low gross of the day.
