Ed Summers and Dane Mosby, with a 13.5 to .5 victory over a 'ghost' team, moved into second place. The two frontrunners joined with the teams of Joe Gray and Bob Elliott and Dave Brown and Dick Lemmon in posting the low net team score for the day with minus 6's. In individual play, Dick Lemmon stayed on top with a net round of 33 and a total of 41 points. His season total of 534 points leads Joe Gray by 20 points and Jack Lents and Mike McLaughlin by 23 points. John Chapman had the low net score for individuals with a 30 while Mike Bird came in with the low gross, a 37. Hot shots belonged to Rex Hudson and Pam Byron with close to the pin shots, and to Al Kavanaugh for the longest putt at #8. The group's average gross score for the day was 44.83, up from the 44.03 posted last week
