-The Martin County Journal reports that the Shoals girls' basketball team was thumped by the Vincennes Rivet girls, 72-19. Only 3 points in the second half for the Shoals girls - 34 turnovers for the game. Rivet girls are apparently again racking up the wins (10 with no losses) and overpowering their opponents in their quest to go back to the State finals for the third consecutive year.
-I see the Loogootee girls are 5 and 5 for the season after losing to the Washington Hatchets on Tuesday night.
-I also see that the Loogootee boys got thumped by Washington last night, 70-34. Ouch.
-Diane and I are still in Williamsburg where the weather has been mostly cool (30's) and cloudy. See that you all back in Southern Indiana are having it a little worse. For the record, December has been a very bad golfing month. Maybe we'll get a few days in January to get outside and go smack a small hard ball around.
