Tuesday Men: Come on Down!

Looks like a lovely day from start to finish. Should see lots of good golf out there today. Just for your information: ten years ago, Scott Hickman had the low round of the day with a 36; Jerry Tredway had a 37 while Stewart Blake and Joe Doyle had the high scores with a 51 and a 52. Don Nolan sat on top of the Individual standings with Bob Gilley and Jim Ragens in the next two spots; Ron Wilde and Jim Ragens lead the Team competition. Charlie Sims was playing back then, as was Bob Panko, Mark Taylor and Roger Cole. Back to the present: everybody should have their eyes on Bric Parker, Jeff Doyle and Buck Holland, the leaders. Caution: the greens are a little wooly since the greensmower has been sick for the last few days. It's in the shop and may be available later today (will find out in a little bit). So, you need to be agressive on your putts - just like playing golf in the winter time. Guess we'll find out who benefits from the slower pace to the pin. Come on down and have fun - just about a perfect day stretches out in front of us. And it is lovely out there.
