Bits and Pieces

-The morning's scramble:  The eight of us who started the scramble came in after playing three/two holes and avoided the deluge that came upon this area mid morning.  Looks like we'll be clear again in an hour or two.

-Mixed League Scramble:  Today is the last day for the first of the two preseason scrambles.  Results will be posted tonight or tomorrow.

-The Masters:  Go, Tiger!  Super back nine for him yesterday.  Lots of birdies this year down at Augusta.  Gonna come to a screeching halt today?  Doubt it.

-On the six who could become #1 in the world by winning the Masters:  Martin Kaymer and Graeme McDowell missed the cut; Luke Donald, Lee Westwood, Phil Mickelson and Tiger are all in contention with Tiger three back of the leader after 36 holes.  Chances of some golfer outside of these six winning the Masters remains high. Anybody putting money down on TW?  How about money down on Rory McIlroy, the leader, having a bad Saturday?

-Heading back to the golf course.  Looks like the rain is just about outta here.
