Lone Goose Nesting

In case you haven't noticed, there have been very few geese in the area so far this spring.  The above photo captures the only nester we have seen so far, an amazing feat considering the multitudes of the feathered beasties we have had in the past.  Credit to Mike Axsom at West Boggs Park for his very effective efforts in controlling the resident population.  You might want to drop him a line (mike@westboggs.com) and let him know how much us golfers appreciate his efforts.
