-At Lakeview: Several teams from the Tuesday Men's League came out and got in their preseason scramble. Doug Denson and Dave Strange got together with Paul Hart and Noah Callahan and convinced them to participate. They decided to do just that and then turned in the low score of the bunch with a net 30 for their nine holes.
-The Saturday and Monday rains, we got an inch each of those days, has jump started the grass growing season. We were very concerned that last year's drought was going to have some longer lasting effects. Now, with plenty of April rain (so far) and warmer temperatures, looks like things are greening up nicely. May they continue to do so.
-Heading out to the golf course. Looks like a super day to drag around a bunch of sticks and whack a little white orb all over the place.
