THE SPIRIT OF THE GAME OF GOLF

Golf is played, for the most part, without the supervision of a referee or umpire.  The game relies on the integrity of the individual to show consideration for other players and to abide by the Rules.  All players should conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy and sportsmanship at all times, irrespective of how competitive they may be,  This is the Spirit of the Game of Golf.

These Rules/Tips of the Week are being posted up on the blog, and on the outside board at the clubhouse, for the purpose of information for new golfers, and reminders for more experienced golfers.  All rules and tips come from the USGA rule book, or from our Local Rules, or League Rules. We want our Leagues to be fair for everyone, and the only way for that to happen is if everyone plays by the same rules.

The most important rule tho, IS FOR EVERYONE TO HAVE FUN!!!
