Wayne Pearl birdied the ninth hole to secure the victory for himself and Junior Byron in the championship match of the July Senior Team Tournament at Lakeview today. Wayne's birdie gave his team a split in the hole points, 4.5 to 4.5, and contributed to the four point spread in the decisive total net score. Ray Shaw and Morris Cornelius, subbing for Dave Brown, carried the fight to the very last hole before succumbing to the net 70, even par round of the victors.
