Derek Jones of Jones Oil in Shoals has recently taken up golf and, like Kevin Johnson, was out for a early evening trip around the golf course.

Mike Kidwell had a bunch from Kimball out for an 18 hole scramble early in the morning. Two teams came in at ten under with Kurt Begle, Randy Stemle, Kenny Young and Mark Sander winning the tiebreaker. Hole prizes were claimed by Troy Trambaugh for longest drive, Junior Sweet for longest putt, and John Taylor and Joan Lechner for close to the pin shots.
