Bits and Pieces

-From Seoul Sisters, lots of photos of the ladies playing in the 2010 Korean Women's Open won by Soo Jin Yang.

-Se Ri Pak wins the Bell Micro LPGA Classic!  The Queen of and Mom to all the South Korean golfers, won in overtime down in Alabama when she rolled in a birdie putt on the fourth extra hole to beat Brittany Lincicome.  Suzann Petersen also made the playoffs but sat down after the second hole.  Michelle Wie, who actually climbed up a few spots during her three holes of play before the tournament was called and reverted to Saturday's standings, finished dead last and took home a paycheck of $2530.  Commentary and photos at Seoul Sisters.

-My golf babe of the day: who else but Se Ri Pak.  (Photo from about.com.)

-Adam Scott won down in Texas as the big boys played 36 holes on Sunday because of weather.  Nice short putting, Adam.

-Sunday at Lakeview was a little quiet with overcast skies and occasional showers.  A lot of golfers did come out after five and got nine holes in.

-Tip of the day: From yesterday's broadcast of the Texas Open: On your approach shot, make a full body turn.  Adam Scott was hitting into one of the par threes on the back nine when he missed way left of the green.  The analyst, old what's-his-name, immediately suggested the full body turn - get those shoulders and belly button facing your target.
