Mike Kidwell, Darvin Knepp and Mike Arvin combined to fire a sterling six under par to take first place in Saturday's scramble at Lakeview. After opening with three pars, the team went on a tear with six straight birdies. Mike Arvin rolled in a putt from off the green at #8 for what turned out to be the decisive birdie and then chipped one in at #9 just for good measure. Four other teams participated with the teams of Mark Sherer, Wayne Souerdike, Trey Kidwell and Curt Johnson, and Tyler Kidwell, Junior Byron, Stan Graber and George Templin tying for second with scores of 31.
