The post that didn't show

I was surprised last night when several league golfers showed up and said they had been checking this blog for weather updates - to see whether or not Tuesday's event was a rain event. I was surprised because I had made an early and what proved erroneous decision and called it a rain event about 10 in the morning. That decision was duely posted (I thought) here and then I went to the golf course and recorded it on the telephone. Turns out I posted the notice over at the golflakeview blog rather than here at the news blog. My apologies for my mix up. Turned out the storms were over by ten in the morning and the rain the rest of the day didn't amount to a thimble of spit out at the golf course. Oh well...
