In the Saturday Morning Scramble, Doug Denson drove the green on the second extra hole and the team proceeded to make an easy two putt birdie for the top spot. Mike Bird, Joe Allen and Brian Ader joined Doug on the winning team with Brian slamming home a tying putt on the team's 9th hole, #1, after Doug had dropped in a fifteen footer at the ninth hole. The team missed a bird at hole #6 but birdied out, with Joe Allen taking care of #7 all by himself, to force a playoff with the Dave Wininger, Junior Byron, Mike Arvin and Bric Parker team, each finishing at six under par. The team of Mike Kidwell, Tyler Kidwell and Kevin Byron also played well but came up a stroke short in making the playoffs.
