Tuesday Men's League Underway with Johnson-Parker Scramble*
The Lakeview Tuesday Men's League's season got underway with a two person handicapped scramble, on a sparkling April afternoon. Twenty-two teams competed with the top spot being shared by three of them. John Drake and Tom McAtee, Larry Sutton and Noah Callahan, and Joe Allen and Mike Kidwell made the nine hole circuit with net scores of 28.33. Allen and Kidwell had the low gross score of thirty-one. Hole prizes were won by Tony Wease at #3, Terry Padget at #7, Allan Harmon at #8 and Mark Jones at #9. Only one eagle for the day with Mike Arvin and Scott Arthur getting a three at hole number four. The tournament is named after last year's winners, Curt Johnson and Bric Parker, who this year found themselves dragging in the caboose. Congratulations to the winners. Complete results here.
