Senior League Results

Today's chancy weather turned out to be less chancy than anticipated and the Senior League played nine holes without incident this morning. The ground was soaked and play was affected with some having a far worse time than others (ask Diane Bird for confirmation of this). Highlights:

Low Net Score was a tie between Jack Lents and newcomer Mike McLaughlin with 34's. Low gross was also a tie between Junior Byron and Mike Bird with 39's. Low Net Team went to Richard Swayze and Mike Bird with a score of 70. Hole Prizes went to Mike Bird, John Chapman, Leroy Streepy and Wayne Pearl. Average gross score for the event slipped to 50.24.

Update: Diane just reminded me that this was week one of the Individual Handicapped Tournament. The leaderboard can be found at the web site. Jack Lents and Mike McLaughlin lead with their 34's. Tied for 3rd at 35: Michael Bird, Junior Byron, Jack Butcher, Tom McAtee and Richard Swayze
