That putt got him, Larry Hembree and Curt Johnson to two under and into the card draw for the Saturday Morning Scramble trophy. Dave Wininger paired up with Joe Doyle and birdied the long holes to get to two under, while Mike Bird and Kevin Byron used matching twenty-five foot putts on #3 and #7, along with a third birdie on #6 and a killer bogey on #8 to join the other two teams in the draw. Pam Byron again did the honors and made winners of the Callahan-Hembree-Johnson team.
