A few notes from the golf outing this past Saturday.
Winning team with an 8 under par was Steve Phipps, Werner Bender, Steve VanPelt and Mark Sanders. Coming in a close second with 7 under was Rudy Stemle, Bruce Jarboe, Mike Mattingly and Kurt Begle.
Closest to the pin on hole 3 was team 2 (Read Luttrell, Dana Wininger, Joan Lechtner and Mary Mitchell).
Closest to the pin on hole 7 was Rudy Stemle.
Closest to the pin on hole 9 was Larry Hughes.
Longest put for women was Donna Ranger.
Longest put for men was team 2.
Longest drive for women was Lona Coleman.
Longest drive for men was team 2.
32 golfers participated (100% of the sign ups) along with Mae Kleeman and her friend who took drinks and food around to the golfers.
All involved had a good time and enjoyed the golf and meal afterwards (at Stoll's).
We had 6 of our participants along with their family’s camp at Boggs the entire weekend and all had a very good time.
