-On the big boys tour yesterday, Tiger stormed the barricades, set a new scoring record at Cog Hill, and is in the process of lapping the field in the third of four events in their playoffs. A honey of show - TW being brilliant.

-Michelle Wie is tied for 15th and six behind the leader down at the ladies' event in Arkansas.

-In college football, Notre Dame lost up in Ann Arbor when Michigan scored with eleven seconds to play. I was watching Tiger but did catch some of the game on radio. Too bad for the Irish. Guess they need more Nevadas on their schedule. Next week, Michigan State comes to South Bend where they have won the last six times, but they did lose to Central Michigan yesterday. Hope for the Irish? Don't count on it.
