John Chapman using a little body english to coax the ball into the hole at #1. It proved to have a mind of its own, skirted the edge and stayed in the sunlight. John was not pleased with his putting on the day and finds himself five strokes back in B flight.
Jack Butcher, on the other hand, uses a similar amount of body english and gets his ball to drop into the hole. He stands at the top in the B Flight. Terry LaMar and John Chapman watch.
Junior Byron standing on the beach with an approach shot into #6. He scalded it and ended up getting a double bogey on the hole. He had a second double bogey (at #2) as well as a couple of birdies and sits one back of the leader in the A Flight.
