The Yips

I forgot to mention in this morning's blog the double hit on a putt of mine yesterday.  It happened on that sixth hole where my short putt would have won the game for Ken Hudson and me, a miss loses it.  The double hit pretty much happened as described in this forum entry where a reflexive action produced the second hit on the ball.  A light tap but definitely a tap.  The ball did go in and probably would have gone in without the second hit.  Nonetheless, had to take an extra stroke for that %*&$%@*& jerk of my right arm.  Have never seen it happen or heard of it happening and never want to see or experience it again.  Be still, arm, be still, I say.
