The Community League's final four weeks got underway this past week with 30 players participating in the 36 hole Individual Flighted Tournament. After nine holes of play, the leaders in the four flights are: #1 seed Mike Bird, who shot a 36, in A Flight; #2 seed Terry LaMar and #6 seed Adam Wagler, each of whom shot 37's, in B Flight; #4 seed Richard Yoder with a 43 leads in the C Flight; and Shirley Jeffers shot a 52 to lead in D Flight.
In the regular season standings, Bird's 36 took low gross honors for the week. Low net honors go to Adam Wagler, who's 37 resulted in a net 30. Low net team score of three under par was posted by six teams: Emanuel Wagler and Adrian Graber, Dale Yoder and Richard Yoder, Adam Wagler and Tyson Stoll, Allen Yoder and Jon Kemp, Terry LaMar and Gary LaMar, and Short Jeffers and Shirley Jeffers. Leaders in the team standings, Emanuel Wagler and Adrian Graber, strengthened their hold on the top position with a total of 164 points and now lead the second place team of Dale Yoder and Richard Yoder by 30 points. Clint Knepp and Rob Graber are in third another four points back. In the individual standings, Adrian Graber's gross 38 and net 34 gave him 35 points and a new total of 309 points which vaulted him to the top. Emanuel Wagler, with a gross 39 and a net 33, got back into contention with a 40 point week and is 17 in back of Graber. Noah Callahan, last week's leader, posted a 43 gross and a net 40 and slipped to third place, 18 points back. The group's average gross score for the week was 42.29, up from last week's 41.31.
