Thursday Match Play Leaguers - Come on Down!

We start the Individual Flighted Tournament today - pairings here.  The regular season's individual competition runs alongside the tournament.  The team portion of the league finished last week with Jim and Wilma Bateman finishing at the top and Susan and Frank Fee coming in second.  Guess the weather is going to be a little less severe, at least early in the day - sure is lovely right now - 70 degrees (how come there is no 'degree' thingee on the standard keyboard?) on top of our hill, 66 down at the weather station.  The fairways are 'August' type, dry and hard in a lot of places - you should get quite a bit of roll.  Greens are soft and inviting with all the watering they have received.  So, come on down - bring your A game and plan on having a bit of fun out at Lakeview this morning.
