Bits and Pieces

- Scramble at 9 this morning.

-Rob Graber and Clint Knepp played their Best Ball in the September Challenge last night and scored just well enough to creep ahead of Duane Wagler and Billy Trabant to retake the lead at 13.67 under par to 13.33 under par.  The final two teams to play their final game are expected to be out sometime today.

-The Big Boys and Girls:  Tiger did better yesterday.  Expect him to do even better today.  (I wonder who leads the Frys.com Open????)  The Wie Lass did worse, shot +2 on the day and is tied for 50th place over in South Korea.  Soo-Jin Yang leads the HanaBank Championship with a score of ten under par; Yani Tseng and Na Yeon Choi are one shot behind her entering the final day of play.  (Seoul Sisters has lots of photos of the ladies.)

-The North Daviess Cougars beat North Knox last night, 26-21.  Finish up the regular season with Springs Valley at home next week.

-The Irish play Air Force today at home at 3:30 on NBC.  Go Irish.

-Best go get ready for GOLF here on the local level.  See some of you in a little bit.
