Larry Hembree sank an across the green putt at #3 and chipped in an off the green shot at #7 to provide the difference in the Saturday Morning Scramble at Lakeview. Hembree, Trenton Kidwell and Greg Potts teamed up to shoot a six under 29 to defeat two other teams who finished the day two strokes back with scores of 31. Trenton Kidwell started the team off on the right foot by smashing his drive some 300 yards to just off the green at #1 which lead to their first sub par round of the day. The threesome went on to birdie the next three holes and added addition birds at six and seven to go along with pars at five, eight and nine. Dave Wininger, Mike Bird, Lee Wininger and Kevin Byron made up one of the teams coming in at 31. James Hager, Spencer Souerdike, Gabby Love and Joe Allen comprised the second.
