LPGA and PGA Notes, Links to LPGA Photos

Yani Tseng won yesterday's McDonald's championship in a playoff with Maria Hjorth. Lorena and Annika missed the playoff by a stoke, a big disappointment for each of them. Here's a blog (Golf for Women Editor's Blog) I stumbled across and found interesting; and here are some photos of three of the players which will make any Monday morning a little brighter: Paula Creamer, Jennifer Rosales (gotta love the way she puts together her outfits - no rhyme and no reason but super cool), and my favorite of the bunch, Jimin Kang. Saw Yani Tseng, the nineteen year old Taiwanese who won, several weeks back and thought she was pretty special. With yesterday's win, she joins Se Ri Pak in getting her first win at a Major. The Golf Channel carried the event; wish NBC or CBS or ABC had carried it as that is what is available over at the clubhouse. Watched the men down in Memphis instead and that was pretty good with Trevor Immelman birding the last three holes to get into a playoff with Allenby and Leonard. Leonard won it on the second hole of the playoff.
