Photo: The winners walking down the dam to their next shot at #8.Dave Wininger, Wayne Souerdike and Kevin Byron used a double birdie on hole #3 and an eagle on #6 to vault the team to a best of the season five under win in the Saturday Scramble. Wayne rolled one in from off the green on three and then chipped one in at six to lead the attack on a course that proved surprisingly easy for several teams. The team of Tyler Kidwell, Junior Byron and Curt Johnson double birdied #7 and followed that with a birdie on #8 but gave one back on #9 to fall one stroke shy with a score of minus four. Jason Rominger, Trenton Kidwell and Karry Stoll fired a two under par with birdies at the expected birdie holes, numbers two, four, six and eight, but found trouble at #3 with a double bogie and a final score of minus 2. Mike Kidwell, Mike Bird, Greg Potts and Joe Doyle found a couple of birdies to offset a couple of bogeys for an even par round that turned out to be the 'drag-in-the-caboose' round of the day. The scramble was again a modified one with golfers playing their own balls on the par threes.
