-Former Lakeview golfer and Shoals resident now living in the Mississippi River town of Hannibal Ron Wilde is in town. We're playing 18 holes of golf for the June 8, 2012 Martin County Championship starting at 8:30 this morning. Join us if you're up for the challenge.
-Darrah Holder came down to Lakeview yesterday afternoon with her just college graduated big brother Dayne for a round of golf. Dayne let it be known that the soon to be playing college golf at Marion young lady has never beaten him and promptly throws down the gauntlet and smashes his drive 280+ yards to the other side of the creek.
