-At the Big Dance: How sweet those Bulldogs are! Don't expect there were too many people out there thinking they were going to pull it out until they pulled it out. And that would be only when time ran out. What a story these guys are! Go, Blue!
-Btw, the Irish women took it to Oklahoma yesterday, 78-53. Take on #1 Tennessee tomorrow.
-Got to watch Tiger screw it up yesterday in a round of 74 that made his scorecard look like a rainbow (white, red, purple, green and yellow). Jeesh. He heads into day four at Bay Hill tied for 29th at -1, ten strokes behind Martin Laird. If it's any consolation, he's just one back of Phil Mickelson. TW tees off at 10:35 this morning which means we might get to see him finish his round when tv coverage starts.
-Did you catch Spencer Levin's lack of emotional control late in his round when one of his tee shots went awry? Some serious rage there. Expect he will address that in the next month or two and become a much better player for it. Just needing a little maturity...
-At the Kia Classic: Jiyai Shin And Sandra Gal running away from everybody else at -15 and -14 after three rounds. Na Yeon Choi, after an eight under Saturday, is lurking five back. Michelle Wie is ten back after a five birdie, three bogey third round. World's #1 lady golfer, Yani Tseng, is tied for 14th at -3.
-Here in Loogootee: Sunny skies, cool temps and two inches of snow on the ground. Glad I got to play a bit of golf yesterday.
