Souerdike and Bird Win Cool Saturday Scramble With Hot Putting

Mike Bird (yeh, me) ran in a twenty something eagle putt from just off the green at #4, a birdie putt of some fifteen feet on five, and another birdie putt of twelve feet on #9, and playing partner Wayne Souerdike hit a twenty something par putt on #7 as the duo made hot with the short stick in posting a 32 in the Saturday Scramble.  That was plenty good enough to beat Doug Denson and Lee Wininger who shot a ho hum 35 on the day.  The foursome played in very cool and windy conditions.
